At Adornmonde, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original Adornmonde packaging and pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
